3. Trading & Transactions

For procurement and surplus transactions:

• All quotes provided are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
• Asset condition reports are provided in good faith based on available data.
• Final transfer of ownership occurs only upon full payment settlement.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code (excluding open-source libraries), and methodologies on this site are the exclusive property of Negotiorum. You may not reverse-engineer our automation tools or replicate our platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Negotiorum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
